The Town is completing a traffic study of Ridgeway Avenue to determine what, if any, travel pattern changes will reduce motor vehicle crashes, particularly at the intersection of Ridgeway Avenue and E. State Street and improve safety conditions for pedestrians and bicyclists. New retail and commercial projects in the area will continue to increase the number of people walking and riding bikes through the area. The study is being completed through a public-private partnership. The study will be completed fall 2022.
