In response to COVID-19 and the precautionary steps we will be taking to slow the spread of the virus, Black Mountain Recreation and Parks will be closing its facilities to the public for the next 30 days. These closures include our offices located at 304 Black Mountain Ave, Lakeview Senior Center, and Grey Eagle Arena. Along with these closures, ALL programs and private rentals for March-April will be canceled with the possibility of being rescheduled.
Canceled programs include:
Adult Basketball, Start Smart Soccer, Junior Tennis Clinics: 11-12 & 13-14, Adult Tennis Clinics, All Senior Programs for April, and the April Spring Hike in Ridgecrest.
The decision on May programs is currently to be determined based on the monitoring of the virus.
