The properties located at 504 Magnolia Creek Lane, 508 Magnolia Creek Lane, 510 Magnolia Creek Lane, and 402 Blue Ridge Road are under consideration for a major subdivision to create 12 lots.
The Planning Board will be reviewing the preliminary plat on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.
