Make Black Mountain Recreation & Parks your first spookily-distanced safe stop this Halloween! From 1:00-3:00 p.m. on October 31st, we'll be passing out free goodie bags full of candy, games, and prizes from our fully decorated carport in front of our offices!
All employees will be masked and wearing gloves while preparing and distributing the bags. We ask that all attendees please wear a mask as well when picking up goodie bags.
The Black Mountain Recreation offices are located at 304 Black Mountain Avenue. All vehicles will enter from Black Mountain Avenue and will be required to exit via Terry Estate Dr. Once you get to Black Mountain Avenue, follow the signs to the drive-thru!
