You will be receiving a stormwater utility bill in the mail.
The stormwater utility fee was approved by the Town Council in July and is intended to fund capital improvement projects for stormwater such as adding new culverts, maintaining existing pipes, etc.
You will be receiving an invoice which will show your property classification and amount due. The second form is the property determination form and is to only be used if you think your property has not been classified correctly.
All properties within town limits have been classified and assessed and will be receiving a bill.
This will be a yearly fee.
At this time, the pay online feature is not available. We will be working on this issue and will let you know when this has been resolved. You may pay in person, by mail or over the phone.
