The Town of Black Mountain wants to know more about your stormwater concerns. All citizens are invited to participate in this short survey. The feedback from this survey will help us to better evaluate and address stormwater issues.
Stormwater is water runoff generated when rain and snowmelt events flow over land, structures or other impervious surfaces and does not percolate into the ground.
If you do not feel comfortable taking the survey online, or do not have access to a computer, hard copies of the survey can be found at the Black Mountain Library and Town Hall.
