[ARCHIVED] Black Mountain Fire Department to distribute at-home COVID-19 tests

Black Mountain Fire Department, located at 106 Montreat Rd.,  will be a distribution point for free at-home rapid COVID-19 test kits. Distribution of the tests will take place tomorrow, January 26, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., or until supplies are exhausted.
*We will provide one kit per adult but no more than 2 kits per adult present at that time.
*We will provide one bag of masks per adult present (10 masks per bag).
*Individuals must be present to receive kits or masks. We will not hold or reserve any test kits or masks.
*Per the test kit instructions, those 14 years and older can self-administer the at-home test. We are only providing tests to adults to minimize distribution to groups that are not recommended to self-administer.

Residential households in the U.S. can order one set of 4 free at-home tests from USPS.com. Please use this link: https://special.usps.com/testkits?fbclid=IwAR1AuBD7yv2QEH8WigcQi4GvRxEW36GdGbBMV-TRELZsDqsE23f2UO_pvSE
