Stormwater Utility bills will be arriving in the mail in the next week. Please see the information below for payment methods and locations.
Payment Methods and Locations:
- Invoices can be paid in person at Town Hall at the Water Department. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. Make all checks payable to the Town of Black Mountain.
- Invoices can be paid online by visiting: https://www.cognitoforms.com/TownOfBlackMountain/StormwaterPayment The link is also available on the Town of Black Mountain Stormwater page.
- Payments may be made in installments.

If you no longer own this property, it is your responsibility to notify Town Staff as soon as possible for a corrected invoice to be provided to the new owner. The Town does not receive notice of property transfers.
