Woody debris removal is scheduled to begin tomorrow, Thursday, December 1st in River Walk Park. Downed trees and limbs will be removed from the floodplain to eliminate the possibility of a debris jam forming that could cause localized flooding.
This work is made possible by a grant from the NC Department of Agriculture and facilitated by the Town’s Stormwater Program.
