The Town of Black Mountain will once again provide overflow dumpsters for residents to bring excessive trash & recycling to that will accumulate during the holiday season. The dumpsters are only available to residents residing inside the town limits. Please place all items into the dumpsters and not pile anything around them on the ground.
The dumpsters will be available on the following dates:
Wednesday December 21st - 8am-Spm
Thursday December 22nd - 8am-Spm
Friday December 23rd, Monday December 26th and Tuesday 27th -All town offices are closed. Dumpsters will not be available for use.
Wednesday December 28th- 8am-Spm
Thursday December 29th - 8am-Spm
Friday December 30th - 8am-Spm
Monday January 2nd- All town offices are closed. Dumpsters will not be available for use
Tuesday January 3rd - 8am-Spm
Wednesday January 4th- 8am-Spm {This will be the last day the overflow dumpsters will be available)
As a reminder, the following items ARE NOT ACCEPTED:
• Building Materials/Construction Debris
• Automobile Parts/Lawn Mowers
• Hazardous waste, poisons, acids, caustics, infectious materials, explosives, or chemical liquids
• Landscape Timbers
• Tires
• Toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs
