Amanda Jones from the Army Corps of Engineers will present information about what activities and permits are required for streams and other related topics.

Terry Foxx from the NC Department of Public Safety Division of Emergency Management, Hazard Mitigation Section, will present information about regulations, activities, and permits related to the floodway and floodplain.
Both workshops are free of charge and will be held in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 160 Midland Avenue, Black Mountain, NC 28711
