The French Broad River MPO Draft 2024-2033 Transportation Improvement Program (TIp) will be presented to the MPO Board for adoption at their meeting on Thursday, August 17th at 1:00 p.m.
The TIP is a federally-mandated document that reflects planned transportation investments in the MPO's planning areas.
Interested citizens and parties can submit comments through Wednesday, August 16th by 5:00 p.m. to mpo@landofsky.org or by phone to (828) 251-6622. Public comments may also be submitted on the MPO website at https://frenchbroadrivermpo.org/2024-2033-transportation-improvement-program-tip/ or presented in person at the MPO Board meeting on August 17th.
The MPO Board meeting is open to the public and will meet in-person at Land of Sky Regional Council Office (339 New Leicester Highway, Suite 140) on New Leicester Hwy. A remote meeting option is also available with additional info at http://frenchbroadrivermpo.org/agendas-minutes.
