Stormwater billing and payments are not processed through the Water Department. 

• Invoices can be paid in-person at Town Hall at the Water Department. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. Make all checks payable to the Town of Black Mountain.

If you no longer own the property, it is your responsibility to notify Town Staff as soon as possible for a corrected invoice to be provided to the new owner. The Town does not receive notice of property transfers.
