images

The Town of Black Mountain has contracted with Alliance Code Enforcement, LLC, to work with staff on proactive code enforcement and enforcement of the Town Ordinances, including tall grass and weeds, accumulations, junked and nuisance vehicles, and illegal signage. Code enforcement does not include parking or any police related matters. Ruth Emory is the inspector assigned to Black Mountain and you might see her out and about in an Alliance Code Enforcement Vehicle and she will have an ID badge and code enforcement vest. As always, please contact our office at 828-419-9300, option 5 to report any complaints or you may submit a complaint through the website by visiting https://www.townofblackmountain.org/RequestTracker.aspx.
