 The Town of Black Mountain will be providing each residence inside the town limits of Black Mountain with a rolling recycle cart. Click HERE to read more information

All residents who receive town sanitation services will be receiving a cart. Residents are required to select their desired recycling cart size through your utility bill insert or you may fill out your selection by visiting the Public Works office located at 304 Black Mountain Ave. You may also make your selection by clicking HERE

The Recycling Cart Selection Form must be submitted by 12/15/2023

Residents that DO NOT submit their cart selection form will automatically receive a 96 gallon cart. Available cart sizes can be viewed at the Public Works office, located at 304 Black Mountain Ave.
