In order to better serve the citizens, the Town of Black Mountain Zoning Administrator, Jennifer Tipton, is announcing new office hours beginning Monday, September 23, 2019. Ms. Tipton will be available in the office from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
